🧘 We invite you to take a breath and pause with us. In the busyness of daily life, it can feel impossible to carve out time for yourself. That’s why we’ve designed this session to be just 30 minutes—long enough to create a shift and restore a sense of balance as you move into the second half of the week.
This session is for Parents and Carers and anyone working with or supporting children with additional needs, and while we encourage you to join on your own if possible, please feel free to come as you are. If attending live doesn’t work for you, we can also provide a recording to use at a time that suits you best. If you don’t have a yoga mat, don’t let that stop you.
The session will be led by Stephanie Fitzpatrick, a yoga therapist, and we’d love for you to join us.
